Where are your manners!
Do you remember reading my blog about ‘Back to the old school?’. Where I talked about the lack of respect some people have for others.
And I know I can be a bit old fashioned, but I’m a stickler for first impressions and making the best one I can.
If I meet someone, I always email afterwards thanking them for their time, if people email me or if I’ve requested info from someone, I reply to acknowledge them, and if I say I’m going to do something, I’ll do it when I say I will.
I spend a lot of my time talking to marketing agencies of all shapes and sizes, and one common theme that comes from the conversations, is how, at times, people they’ve met and pitched to, simply fall off the radar, no reply, no thanks, no feedback, sweet FA!
It’s the little things that can make a big difference to someone choosing to work with your agency over the next, and when it comes to building new relationships and trying to get that next client across the line, sometimes good old fashioned charm works a treat.
We have plenty of tips and techniques that enable our clients to grow and go further, and we know a few things about putting the humanity back into business.
So come on, if want to try a different way out of your new business challenges, try This Wayout.
