If you read my latest blog “I hate little pricks” you may have gathered I’m all for helping agencies find their voice and discovering themselves, so they can better understand why they are different and how to use that to their advantage when it comes to attracting new business, you could almost say I help them come out of the closet. After all, it’s not always easy finding your voice and being comfortable with who you are.
So, I’ve developed a ‘Finding yourself’ workshop, to help agencies find their voice and to be comfortable with it, through evolving proposition, tone and language, that’s unique to them.
It’s not painful, people won’t disown you, and you don’t have to wear flowery shirts and develop a mince.
What it will do, is get you in the best possible shape come September and give you the swagger you need to well and truly sock it to all of those agencies that haven’t got the balls to come of their closets and be brave.
I know a few things about coming out of the closet and I’ve also helped a fair few agencies come out of theirs.
